After forecasting West Michigan’s constantly changing weather for more than three decades, Terri DeBoer has retired from WOOD-TV and entered a new season in her life. In 2022, Terri was honored to have been inducted into the Michigan Emmy’s Silver Circle, an award presented to television professionals who have impacted the media and their communities through more than 25 years of service. 

Terri has served our community as a volunteer and emcee at various events, as well as serving as a long-time member of the Board of Directors for the Mental Health Foundation of West Michigan and the Grand Rapids Griffins Youth Foundation.
